Avatar was just ok
I would guess that people who are saying Avatar is the best movie they’ve ever seen have never seen Fern Gully, Pocahontas, or any other environmentalist/anti-imperalist movies. Or if they did see them, they weren’t paying attention. When you take away everything Avatar has in common with those movies, you have Sigourney Weaver and really good CGI. Unless I wasn’t paying...
